With Ringr 360, context is maintained even if the customer changes channels: if they start with a call and continue on WhatsApp, the agent knows exactly where they left off. Regular campaign reports and A/B campaign reports have been completely redesigned. New structure and more comprehensive metrics to understand each campaign’s performance at a glance.

The summary shows contacts reached, calls made, average duration and cost, with a time-trend chart. The results include percentage breakdown, trend by day, week or month, and a detail table. The Ringr Call Evaluator is integrated into the report with an overall score and area-by-area breakdown. New Contactability section with contact rate, voicemail, and returned calls. A/B reports introduce a comparative overview between variants and an individual view by variant.
