Ringr 360: all channels, one conversation

You can now manage calls, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and email from a single conversation thread.
Until now, each channel was its own separate world. With Ringr 360, context is maintained even if the customer changes channels: if they start with a call and continue on WhatsApp, the agent knows exactly where they left off. No repetitions, no losing the thread. Your customers don’t notice that they are switching channels because for them it is always the same conversation.
Improvements in Campaign Reports

Regular campaign reports and A/B campaign reports have been completely redesigned. New structure and more comprehensive metrics to understand each campaign’s performance at a glance.
The summary shows contacts reached, calls made, average duration and cost, with a time-trend chart. The results include percentage breakdown, trend by day, week or month, and a detail table. The Ringr Call Evaluator is integrated into the report with an overall score and area-by-area breakdown. New Contactability section with contact rate, voicemail, and returned calls. A/B reports introduce a comparative overview between variants and an individual view by variant.
Improvements in Ringr Analytics

We have reorganized the Analytics section to make it easier to navigate and richer in context. More detail, better structure, and new metrics to understand your agent's operational health.
What's new
Tab navigation — Analytics is now divided into two tabs: Overview, with key indicators and result distribution, and Flows, with the Sankey chart of the call journey.
Key indicators with evolution — Each indicator now includes its own time evolution graph, not just the value for the selected period.
Unified result distribution — We have merged the results table and its evolution graph into a single section with stacked bars, totals, and percentages.
Contactability — New block with four metrics: contactability per contact, per call, voicemail rate, and returned call rate.
New interface of the Ringr Call Evaluator — Same information, renewed base. Coming soon, version 2.0 with new analytical capabilities.
Ringr Map: the first product from Ringr Ready

Ringr Map is now available as the first product of Ringr Ready, our new line of solutions ready to activate from day one.
Ringr Map replaces the traditional options menu with a natural conversation: the customer says what they need and the system directs them straight to the right place. Fewer misdirected calls, less time wasted, more efficiency from the start. And without needing to configure anything from scratch.
