The solution
With Ringr, Northius implemented an outbound voice agent specifically designed to manage the interview process of pre-selected candidates for the scholarships.
This voice agent:
Makes automated calls to pre-selected candidates in different countries.
Confirms the availability of each candidate to schedule their final interview.
Manages the confirmation of the day and time of the interview, taking into account the time difference between countries.
Links the final interview process with the vacancy management, ensuring that no position is closed without the candidate having been properly confirmed.
This process allowed Northius to scale its recruiting operation internationally without the need to expand its team.
