With this update, you can analyze the performance of your calls in more detail, with more context and more intuitive navigation. We have incorporated new sections, reorganized the structure, and improved the existing graphs to give you a more comprehensive view of your operation.

Tab Navigation: Summary and Flows

The Analytics section is now divided into two main tabs:

  • Summary: groups key indicators, results distribution, and contactability.

  • Flows: contains our Sankey chart, where you can visualize the complete journey of the calls.

This structure allows access to each information block more directly and without overwhelming the view.

Key Indicators with Evolution Chart

The key indicators have been redesigned. Each now includes its own evolution chart, allowing you to see not only the value of the selected period but also how it has changed over time.

Results Distribution

We have unified the previous results section and the evolution graph of your call results into a single section:

Includes:

  • A stacked bar chart with multiple selection of results.

  • The total results of the selected period.

  • The percentage that each result represents of the total.

  • The visual distribution of how each type of result is spread over time.

What insights you can obtain:

  • Detect improvements or declines in key results such as confirmations or rejections.

  • Evaluate the impact of changes in the script or contact strategy.

  • Understand the "operational health" of your agent according to the real distribution of their results.

Contactability

We have incorporated a new component dedicated exclusively to measuring the contact capacity of your campaigns. It includes the following metrics:

  • Contactability per contact: percentage of unique contacts that have been reached.

  • Contactability per call: percentage of calls that resulted in effective contact.

  • Voicemail rate: proportion of calls that ended in voicemail.

  • Returned call rate: proportion of users who returned the call to the agent.

How to interpret these metrics:

  • A high contactability indicates that your Ringr is managing to speak with a high percentage of the loaded contacts.

  • A high voicemail rate may indicate problems with the originating number or less than optimal hours.

  • A high returned call rate is a positive sign: it indicates that the user is interested in resuming contact.
