What it is and what it is used for
The multivariate feature of Ringr.ai allows you to compare different configurations of the same campaign to identify which combination of schedules, operational parameters, or variations of the agent provides the best performance. Its goal is to help you discover real behavioral patterns and optimize your results with data.
What you can try
The multivariate feature allows evaluating two major areas of the campaign:
Campaign configurations:
You can create variants by modifying:
Time slots
Call days
Number of attempts
Interval between attempts
It helps you identify when your contacts are more receptive and which campaign configuration generates better results.
Agent configurations:
You can adjust key elements of the conversational experience:
The initial greeting
The language of the agent's voice
The agent's accent
The tone and style of communication
It allows you to validate which style connects better with your audience.
How it works
The multivariate test is set up in three steps within the platform.
Setup:

In this step, you define:
How many variants your test will have (minimum 2, maximum 8).
What will vary in each variant: campaign configurations or agent configurations.
Variables

Here, you define the specific changes for each variant.
Campaign configuration:
Call days
Time slots
Call attempts
Time intervals between calls
Agent configuration:
Agent greeting
Language
Voice
Voice tone
Communication style
Each variant has its own configuration, allowing for a precise comparison between operational and conversational approaches.
Contact upload

In this step, contacts are uploaded using a CSV file, following the same usual process for creating campaigns.
Campaign Execution
Contacts are distributed evenly among all created variants.
All variants are executed in parallel according to the predefined configuration.
Results Report
Once the test is created, you can access the report, where you will find:
Results by variant
Metrics of the individual results of each variant and its configuration.
Combined overview
Comparison of overall results among variants.
Identification of the configuration with the best performance.
This report allows you to understand which approach works best both operationally and conversationally.
When to use the Multivariate Campaign
Use a multivariate test when you want to:
Discover real patterns within your customers' calls.
Optimize schedules, days, or call intervals.
Adjust the voice or communication style of the agent and find out which works best.
Improve conversion based on data, not intuition.
