Customize your agent by campaign

In Ringr, your agent starts with a default behavior, but now you can customize it per campaign. Adjust the voice with different accents (for example, Colombian or Extremaduran) or change the greetings according to the type of contact. This way, you can compare the performance of your agent's general configuration against the personalized one for each campaign.

How to customize a campaign?

  1. Go to Campaigns and open the settings of a campaign or create a new one.

  2. Within the Agent Settings flow, go to the Customize your agent section.

  3. Edit the available fields (see the next section Edit each field within this article).

  4. Click on Publish Campaign to test the changes.

Note: Ongoing calls from other campaigns do not change.

Adjust the personality of your Ringr per campaign

1) Voice

Select from our wide catalog of voices to see how our Ringr communicates.

Tip: We can enable a custom voice for your case; in any case, you can request it by contacting us at info@ringr.ai.

2) Agent greeting

Modify your agent's greeting for this campaign here.

  • Legal checklist: Include the call recording notice if it is enabled within Customization.

3) Tone of voice

Select the tone you want your agent to use. Options range from a casual tone to persuasive.

  • Typical options: casual, formal, professional (and for some cases persuasive).

  • Suggestion: Align with sector/segment (health/insurance, persuasive; retail, more approachable).

4) Communication style

Select how you want your agent to communicate. Options range from a direct style to a cold one.

  • Typical options: Direct, Tactful, Diplomatic.

  • Suggestion: Align with sector/segment (health/insurance, persuasive; retail, more approachable).

Note: Remember that the legal notice and call recording settings can only be edited from the Customize section.
